Sitelyra

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Sitelyra collects when you use the site, send a contact request, or submit a website brief.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you choose to send through the website, such as your name, email address, message text, business name, current website, project goals, preferred website type, visual preferences, timeline, and any other details you include in a contact request or website brief.

We do not use cookies, analytics pixels, advertising trackers, or behavioral tracking tools on this site.

Use of Cookies

We do not collect cookies and we do not use cookie-based tracking technology. The site may remember a manually selected language or pricing region in your browser so the interface can keep your chosen setting, but this is not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking.

Formspree Form Processing

Contact and website brief forms are submitted through Formspree, Inc. Formspree receives the form fields you submit and may process technical request data needed to deliver, secure, and store the submission, such as IP address, browser information, access time, and referring page.

Form submissions are stored in Sitelyra's Formspree account and may be delivered to our contact email so we can respond. Formspree hosts its services on Amazon Web Services in the United States, uses TLS for network traffic, encrypts databases at rest, and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR-relevant transfers.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data, payment card details, health information, government identifiers, or other confidential information through the forms.

You can review Formspree's own policies at Formspree Privacy Policy and Formspree Security.

Use of Your Information

Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry, review your website brief, prepare a project conversation or proposal, and communicate with you about the request you sent. Where applicable, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps before entering into a project agreement.

We do not sell personal information, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Storing Your Personal Data

Personally identifiable information is kept secure and accessed only when needed to respond to your request, manage a project conversation, keep reasonable business records, or comply with legal obligations. Form submissions are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and can be deleted on request unless we have a legal reason to retain them.

Sending information over the internet is never completely secure. Any information you send electronically is sent at your own risk.

Disclosing Your Information

We do not disclose your personal information except to service providers that help operate the site and deliver form submissions, when required by law, when necessary to protect against fraud or security risks, or if the business is transferred and the information is needed for continuity of the service.

Third-Party Links

This site may include links to third-party websites. Please review their privacy policies before submitting personal data to them.

Access to Information

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to object to processing, request restriction, or ask for a portable copy of your data.
